Small packages will typically be dispatched within 3 working days. Shipping costs and tracking information will be confirmed once your order has been confirmed and your item is ready to be shipped. All standard-sized UK orders are dispatched using a parcel shipping service – usually DPD or TNT. International orders require a contact telephone number and an email address before we can ship an order.
Larger items will be delivered by delivery courier or pallet service so please allow a longer delivery and dispatch time, this is typically 3-10 days. Please note, for pallet deliveries, the driver will provide a curb side service – it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is someone available at the address to bring the item indoors. If you require assistance with this you must inform me prior to shipping, so that I can use a more appropriate service, for which there may be an additional charge.
Time and care is taken to ensure all orders are extremely well packaged, so your order arrives safely. In the unfortunate case of any fragile items such as glass are broken in transit, Good Looking Things cannot refund any breakages, as insurance cannot be provided from the courier.
Good Looking Things offers a 10 day returns policy, and the buyer must pay the return postage. Item(s) must be returned with a reputable courier and must arrive back in the condition it was sent out. Items returned not in the original condition will not be refunded. No international returns.
